The only thing I could find is that 100 tech companies have signed on to a legal brief expressing concerns about the ban's impact on jobs. Nothing about eBay's matching pledge.
Nefarious anti-American companies are speaking up! They included Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter, Intel Corp, eBay, Netflix, and Uber joined the brief, as well as non-tech companies such as Levi Strauss & Co., and Chobani.

True patriots like IBM, HP, and Oracle have not commented on the ban!
