The Canon 11mm - 24mm f4. and the 70mm - 200mm f2.8 IS. A tremendous combination to have at the ready.

I have a selection of lens but not a 24-70 2.8 i would love one.
might have a sort out and sell some to raise the funds for one.
Nikon 16-85. I've no doubt there are marginally sharper lenses but it doesn't stop this lens from giving clear, low distortion images with low CA. And it didn't cost the earth.

The last one I used !
Depends on what I am planning to photograph that day
Canon EF-S 18-135 f3.5 -5.6 IS USM on my 80D. It came with the camera and is the only one I have so far. Will add something sharper and faster in the 18-35 range and/or something wider at some point, but this may still be my walk-around.
I have two go-to lenses. My inside lens is a Canon 18-55 and my old-standby outside lens is the Canon 28-135. If I know I'm going to some particularly long work, I a 55-300. Later, I'm going to invest in a 16-300 maybe for a belated Christmas present. ;-) <K>
18-200 mm VR on my Nikon D7200. I also have a 50mm f 1.4 prime, but I hardly ever use it.
