Have any of you tried to access this program? I find them very complicated and not helpful. Unable to access even if I paid them!

Not entirely clear whether you are having trouble down-loading the file (if so, contact On1) or using the software (if so, consult On1 or YouTube for training).

I have contacted them several times, no reply. I'll bring my computer over to a shop, see if they can set it up....I cannot..

I just downloaded the newest update to the pre-release with no problems. One thing that they suggest is that you turn off you virus protection when installing it. I use Norton and it asked me if I trusted it or not. Once I clicked on trusted it installed without a hitch.

My experience is the same as Wayne. Downloaded the program after telling Norton I trusted it. Have not had any issues with One1 and have been using them for about 3 years now. A little pricey but helpful with less than perfect images...

Not having any problems at all. Downloaded the newest patch last night and it installed without a complaint.

Still not sure that I like it as much as Lightroom/Photoshop though.

Thanks for the warning. I'm 77 now, so I'll have to be careful over the next year.

IMPORTANT NOTE: On1 Photo Raw has not been released yet - I believe release is scheduled for 12/19
Meanwhile it is still in pre-release form. Try waiting a few days for the download.

I have not tried the pre version. Those having tried Photo Raw pre release...how does it compare to ACR? Are there benefits that justify the cost?

I have played with the pre-release a bit and find it amazing. Using a filter stack you can go to any filter and use adjustments and see the total result through the entire stack. In earlier versions you had to shut down the previous filters then turn them back on to see the overall effect. These adjustments are on raw images and are nondestructive. In the raw converter you can setup presets with filters included to really save processing time. Example: Lets say you used a luminosity mask to process an image using a color filter. Set that as a preset and when you use it on a totally different photo it will apply that mask and filter, but the luminosity mask will be based on that photo. I am telling you this is going to be special.
