Young model contest - opinions on which shot please

Jim, she's got a good look to her; beautiful eyes, smile...nice face. But like what rpavich said, the lighting just isn't right. Look at the right side of her mouth, (her right not yours,) it's blown out. And the tree limbs in the background look like spikes coming out of her head. She glows, no doubt about it, but the light makes her look a little "pasty." It's a really nice family album photo. But maybe the contest is looking more at the model than "where and how the photo was shot." Only one way to find out! Good looking young person, though. Beautiful eyes.

Number 1 without a doubt, contains all the elements a good portrait should contain. This subject has a wonderful smile! you really should , in my oppinion, use it !
