This was a wonderful image to work with as there was so much texture hidden in the file.
To start I leveled the horizon, removed part of the power pole and its wires, the rock chock behind the tire, applied a filter to the image, then went back and cleaned up the power pole artifacts created by the filter. I would have liked to have made the sky a little bluer, but worried of pushing it too far.
