I've dealt with KEH for 20 years and built several camera systems over the years. I've had nothing but good luck with them and the quality is always good. No disappointments, ever...

I've both bought from and sold to Keh.com and in all instances have found them to be reliable and trustworthy. Their ratings generally seem to be on the conservative side, and the lenses I've purchased from them are usually in better condition than rated. Sign up on their email list and they will advise you of their frequent sales and discount codes. They claim to be the largest online used camera equipment retailer, and typically have over 200 models of Nikkor lenses available. They also claim their used equipment ratings scale is the industry standard. The Keh telephone customer service staff I've dealt with on several occasions is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them very highly as my main alternative to the riskier eBay approach for used equipment.

I've sold them two cameras. I tried to sell them on Craigslist initially, but after a month, I used KEH. I found them to be honest and they gave me what I estimated their worth to be. It was a quick transaction. I would recommend them, if you can't sell it on your own. Try Craigslist or even Ebay first. KEH can't give you what you would get on your own. Good luck!

I was looking for a Nikon 80-200mm F/2.8 lens. I found a NOS at KEH for about $600. It had never been sold - literally like brand new.

Good people to do business with. Got a used flash for my FM2n titanium from them. Ordered the right SB16 and they sent the wrong one but corrected the error with no question. The flash works as it is supposed to.

Bought lots of lenses from them over the years. Nary a complaint, except I wish they had a showroom ( I live about 30 miles from them)

My purchase of a very old long film lens from them was fine. I returned after trying it as it was too difficult to focus and they accepted it back w/o question.

My only complaint is that their prices have now risen to the point where they are often higher than new on desire able stuff unless KEH is having a "sale." As an example price the Fuji 55 f1.2 at KEH and B&H.

I purchased my first DSLR, Canon 20D and two lenses from them in 2005. A trustworthy, competitive dealer. Excellent reputation among UHHers.

I have purchased a lens from KEH and had a wonderful experience. I called them regarding the lens before I purchased it and their customer service people are courteous and knowledgeable. Finally, I have heard the their ratings are very conservative and usually the items are in better condition then they rate them. The lens that I purchased was rated E+ and when I received this lens it looked brand new and has proven to be very good lens. I will buy from KEH again without hesitation.

I bought a Nikon tilt/shift lens Nikon PC-E NIKKOR 24mm f/3.5D ED for a substantial discount over new. It was rated "like new minus". The knurled knobs would not tighten and the tilt was sticky. I contacted them and they processed a return immediately, no questions asked. I would try again with that kind of customer service.
