I purchased a Canon EF 70-200mm 1:2.8 L IS USM lens with case. Both were brand new in every way - not a mark. The lens works like a dream - sharp and clean. Retail is over $2,000. I picked it up when KEH had one of their 15% sales for a bit less than half of retail. Why would I shop any where else for used (new) camera equipment?

I bought a used zoom (35-100mm f/2.8 weather-sealed Panasonic pro zoom for Micro 4/3) from them. It is a wonderful lens, and arrived with case, caps, and hood, in pristine clean condition. The price was fair, delivery sooner than expected, condition better than expected. Two thumbs up!

David - I've purchased two items from KEH and was very pleased in both cases. KEH is my goto source for used camera gear (they sell new gear as well). I've found their rating system to be among the most reliable.

David, you'll have no problems with them. I've bought a number of things from them over the years. They're a great company. If you pay for shipping, I find it expensive.
Call and ask to be placed on their mailing list. You'll get a constant barrage of junk mail!!
BUT, a few weeks ago I was notified of a 30% off sale. I bought an SLR, 3 studio lights and assorted stuff, all with free shipping. What a great sale!!!
Be patient and buy only on sale.
UNLESS of course you've got bad GAS!!! LoL

use them a lot just got a nice lens from them today. They have a stringent rating system the lens I got today was rated bargain it is almost like new, a very minor scratch on the outer barrel otherwise fantastic. Don't hesitate to use them

I have purchased cameras and lenses from them and find that their ratings are very conservative which benefits the buyer. All item looked almost new and in fine working order. Very satisfied with KEH.

Excellent experience with KEH. The lens I ordered was shipped immediately and was at least one grade better than advertised (it looked new).

Purchased two bodies and two lenses over the years as well as some small ancillary things. No complaints and only high praise. They generally rate lower than item is on delivery. Total confidence in their stuff.

I bought a Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 lens a while back and the experience couldn't have been better. After I received the lens, I had a question about it and called them up. Got a real person right away who answered my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I have sold to and purchased from KEH. Never had any problems. I consider the prices they have paid for my equipment more than fair.

I've spent a few thousand dollars with them, and have always been satisfied. the only time I've ever had to send anything back is when I ordered the wrong item. if I doubt about an item, contact them by phone and ask specific questions, they will hook you up with the proper gear.
