The Soviet f**g (of a dictatorship no longer in existence) was being used in a matter of making a point and what was said by the handlers, to learn the context. The Palistine 4-color was in a State delegation and its handler was making a visual statement and what was being said, again to learn the context. Both usages are protected speech and expression by our Constitution.

It is easy to make images out of any context wh**ever. The Republicans are experts at wrapping themselves in the F**g - to them the F**g is just packaging.
