Some photos I took this past week around the edge of the apartment complex where I live. Living at the edge of the city surrounded by soybean fields and wetlands has its benefits.

Irene yoou asked if the last one is aCrape Myrtle and it looks it it can be. If the flowers are on a tree I would say yes.

I have looked at all everyone has but on and I would say most have had a good week. It looks like Jim had a wonderful vacation with what I am seeing what he has put on. The ones I am putting on today are from Florida Caverns state park. The picture that I took in the cave are not the greatest as the area was not that big and there were 25 of us in the group. Have a few to show you a little of what we saw.

If I remember rightly the tour guide on left said that this area looked a little like South America.
