The # referenced is likely a memory location for video (display) functions.
Since you've done a restore, and no joy, it's hardware issues, more than likely. About the only fix is a replacement 'puter.
This was the reason I suggested rotating the memory card locations by swapping positions in the machine. This should change any error or defective location and would show up when the machine does it's self-test at bootup. However, I think there is another problem with this machine and software compatability or conflict being generated by some other program started in the bootstrap. This could be in the profile or properties.
