Nice work, I bet it would make a great HDR shot at night with the lights they have.

Good shot Ziggy.Looks like a lot of photos I took at weddings except there were people in the pews and a bridle party up front. You should try taken weddings sometimes thats were the money is I retired in 92 after shootong weddings for 39 years.

You KNOW how I HATE HDR...but

THIS is perfect. Exactly right. It's detailed without being cooked.

Very very nice job.

Very nicely done Ziggy. When I saw the name of the church I had to click on the subject since I was once a member of Immaculate Conception Parish, but in Wolf Point, MT.

Your diocese is lucky to have you. I got volunteered to take photos in a little over a week when Bishop Warfel comes to my parish for First Communion and Confirmation. Hopefully my photos turn out a nice as yours.

Thanks everyone.
Hal, I used to shoot weddings back in the film days. Two things I learned: every bride is not beautiful nor is every baby!

Big Dave, I'll bet yours will be super.

rpavich, Thank you, I prefer the more natural look, but do sometimes play. For me it's subject dictated.

Nikonfan, For this I used a Canon 60D with a Sigma 10-20mm @ 10mm on a Giattos Tripod with a ball head.

Your right ziggy. All brides are not beautiful. Too bad we didn't have photoshop back then. We had to do it all in the dark room. And for the babys. Remines me of the guy on the train that told the lady, that one ugly baby. She called the conducter and told him that the man had insulted her. the conducter told her he would move her to the firsr class car and heres a banna for your monkey.
