I didn't see any mention of what type of shooting you like to do. Hard to critique your lens collection without knowing your shooting habits.
Ask yourself a simple question: What are your intentions in doing photography?
Another question: What kind of photography do you do?
Then you will have a starting-point for deciding if you need another lens to do your photography and to meet your intention.
Some experienced photographers say we really only need one (maybe two lenses) to do photography.
If I had to settle for one lens, I'd select the Sigma 24-105mm lens mounted on my Canon 6D.
Think in terms of less, not more. Make good use of the gear you have.
At some point, you may sense you have outgrown your gear. Then consider moving up.

I have the Canon T1i/500D camera and the following lenses:
Kit lens - EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS
EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II IS
EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III (no IS)
Prime EF 50mm f/1.8 II (no IS)
EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 STM
All 5 of the above are Canon lenses
Prime EF Opteka 85mm f/1.8 (no IS)
Sometimes I feel that I should have another lens that my present lenses don't cover considering my present T1i/500D camera. What lens would you recommend and why---?
I see that the 70-300mm lens you have doesn't have image stabilization. You put (no IS) in parenthesis. It's good to have stabilization with long focal length lenses. The Canon 100-400mm IS lens would be good to get instead of the 70-300mm. That lens on a cropped sensor camera would be great for photographing wildlife.
off the top of my head you've everything covered from 10-300mm. if ou just must buy something buy a 1.4 tc that mates with the 75-300mm and not worry about using manual focus.

If you use LR, do a search based on lenses and see what lenses you use the least. Put them on ebay and buy something new - with a large aperture.

The symptoms you are describing is referred to as "GAS" - gear acquisition syndrome.
You have a lot covered in your current collection. But it depends on what your needs are - if you shoot wildlife and can afford a longer lens - or a 300mm prime - you might consider that.

Totally your decision; only you know which lenses you will use.

My suggestion for you is to purchase the Nikon (AF-S NIKKOR 800mm f/5.6E FL ED VR) Lens. Two reasons: It makes wonderful images and it impresses bystanders,
Don't believe you need any more lenses, you've got the range covered pretty well. Think you just having GAS.
Your lenses are OK IMO. I agree with a previous thread to get a 1.4x teleconverter or 2.0X. You can buy Kenko Brand on those. Perhaps better to buy the 1.4X. If you really want to reach far out, buy a Canon SX50 fixed lens camera used or refurbished with a focal length of about 1200mm. Keep this and your present gear.

How many pictures do you take each week?

...and it impresses bystanders,
The most important reason. Look for one "For Parts, Only" on ebay. :D
