Going forward we all want a salad with fresh garnishment served as we view your photos...

Maybe I can save you a sprig of parsley, if the butterflies, will allow me a few leaves without any of their eggs attached, Michael
 Thanks and take care!

So far we have planted hollyhock, white salvia, bee balm, blazing star, heather, armeria, dianthus, and pincushion flowers and hope to add several more such as joe pye weed and agastache.! This is new to us as we have mainly concentrated on annuals in baskets because of the wildlife, and from what we have read and been told, not expecting much for at least this year, because of the saying, perennials sleep the first year, creep the second, and leap the third year.

Corky, it must be a labor of love! My neighbor has spent hundreds of dollars on his vegetable garden. I keep telling him, a can of peas at the market is only $1.50... why bother? He says it's all about the taste and freshness.
It must be, to invest that mush time and energy. Best of luck on your garden!
BTW, nice photos!
