Hate to burst your bubble but if you study the picture carefully it really looks like a composite image. The camera and hand holding it are a separate image dropped in. At least it looks like that to me.

And what purpose would that even serve????
Actually this photo was taken on 2007 and has been widely published. Not much chance of it having been faked, and why would anyone want to????? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

There is a lot of this kind of thing being done today. I have no idea why people do this but look at the edge of the area where the hand and camera meet the face. there is a line there that does not look natural. It really looks like a composite. I may be wrong but I do a lot of photoshop work and this looks like it has been put together. Nothing against you, I just see these things. Thake a real good look at the edges of the hand and camera, you will see what I am talking about.

I took a real good look at the photo again and I am almost 100% sure that this image is a composite. Also look at the blue area on the right side where the hat is. this has been added on also, I am pretty sure that the photo is a fake.

There has been a lot of this type of thing done recently. People will do anything to make a buck. Can you see what I am talking about? Let me know.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I certainly don't see any evidence of manipulation at all.
