On the cards, the filename is the same. When you load them on the computer, either by importing with LR or copying in Windows Explorer, it adds a dash and a single digit to the filename. At least on my computer, it doesn't use leading zeros.

I used "001" only as an example :wink:

The screenshot that the OP provided shows -001 on his dupes. It may be a setting in Windows that regulates how duplicate filenames are handled.
