We have and use both Tamrac and Lowepro backpacks and a roller bag from both companies.Buy either and you can't go wrong.

I was going to suggest the same thing only the Lowepro Flipside AW 400, it will do the job also, but the 500 will indeed give you more room. I also use the same model at 300 to JUST carry my Big Tammy mounted, without a lot of other stuff, when I know that is all i will be using.
I am very happy with the Lowepro Flipside series
