Here are some more images where the sky has been changed along with the original.
Link is to the Tutorial explaining how very easy it is to do.
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-364916-1.htmlYou will find it works best if you desaturate the skies in your images taking out all the Blue and Cyan with a Hue and Saturation adjustment. Reduce completely both Saturation and Lightness to get the sky as white as possible
I love the effects.............except the lower left image.
the sun is hitting the clouds from the right.........the tree from the left.
I only noticed because I did the same earlier.

Did not look at light direction my friend its purely an exercise to back up a tutorial I wrote about replacing sky. What I wanted was to show different skies and how easy it was to completely change a photo.
Can assure you for a post asking for critique on an image it would be different lol.
Thank you for dropping by my man. Your observation has been taken on board.
I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I was under the impression that anything posted in FYC was subject to to C&C. It will not happen again.

You misread my meaning I think so Im sorry for that. The tutorial is written with all PP users in mind from beginners to intermediate so I try and keep it simple. Direction of light is very important to achieve realism so it will be covered in a future tutorial and after you spotted it I was going to use this as an example and credit you with a keen eye.
Part of writing tutorials is answering feedback and queries so I may have rattled off a reply to you without explaining the situation fully.
I am indded grateful for spotting what I missed and it will make fine tutorial material to pass on.
So please always comment exactly as you see fit my friend. A skilled eye is always welcomed and I do agree with you a post should always be available for C and C.
