They are listed on Ebay. Right now I am seeing one for .99 (starting bid) and 9.99 shipping (Canada post, it is in Nova Scotia)The seller has 100% positive feedback and it has one day and ten hours left on the auction.

Feels like I am cheating, but I'll give it a look. Thank you.

Now, now, let us all stay focused here, and not be negative.

Focusing on the autopsy photo reveals another shadowy problem. Your camera was exposed to and finally infected with a shutterbug and its future was blurry. The self timer was, alas, already ticking down. Yours was indeed a mercy killing.

Perhaps her sister could help ease the pain.

I don't want to seem insensitive, so soon after the tragedy, but it DOES get better.

You will have a new love in your life when it is the right time. You won't ever forget her but you have other sights to see and I know she'd want it that way.

Rest in Pieces.

RIP, I understand your sorrow.

Now proper respects have been made does this mean you will be onto bigger and better things?

My friend has died. Together we saw the world, but recently she took a fall and like Humpty Dumpty all the kings men could not put her back together again.

My friend was my Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ4 and I loved her, well, it. Small, easy, reliable and always ready to record our adventures.

It was my fault and I have yet to forgive myself for it. I was at my son's concert trying to place the camera on a ledge to video the band when I slipped and took the camera with me. It fell to the floor, battery and SD card escaping and never woke again.

Hoping to find something wrong like a loose wire I downloaded the service manual and started the autopsy. I didn't find anything wrong, but learned a lot in the process. Just like it to keep teaching me even in death.

I loved that camera and will always cherish the memories we shared. Rest in peace my friend. Rest in peace.

Do you do this to all your friends that die?

Sorry for your loss. Its not the fall that did it it was that sudden f-stop at the end! Its even more painfull when you have to shutter one iris forever. I think you have arranged the cameremains beautifully and respectfully. Here's an idea...why not glue them on to an appropriate background, frame it (box frame) and display it. Its a great piece of art! Just a thought
