You can only look at that if the fellow forum members let you know where you can look at that work. For example, by including a link to their website in their profile.

Perfectly fine to post photos of your work, in fact, I think that many of us may like to see them. But post them in the Gallery, not in the Main Photography section - unless there is an issue about the photo to discuss, of course.
To get to the Gallery, at the bottom of the page, click on the words "Photography Forum" - then click on "All Sections", finally on "Photo Gallery"
