I found this online. I live near Route 9W, but this is Exit 9W. I can't quite place this location. Any ideas?

It looks like the 9w exit on the NYS thruway.....Palisades Parkway.

I like that left sign. In Florida the snowbirds, and a lot of locals, do the reverse. Tooting along on a 65 mph highway in the left lane doing 45. I know in NY if it is a two lane highway and you are in the left and not passing, it is ticketable.

on the autoban, no speed limit, but you get ticketed fer not keeping to right..and the ny T'way with a 65 limit, normally runs about 78mph, but I80 west of Lincoln, when the limit goes to 75, runs about 72... go figure...

Probably just the other side of that overpass is an Exit 9E this could be anywhere.

I was on the Autoban driving from France to Germany to catch my flight home. I had to pass a guy, as I was late and moving. I looked in my mirror, see this guy in the left land a mile or so back. Hit the passing gear, by the time I was past this guy I looked in my mirror and the guy behind me was close and flashing his lights. I moved to the right quickly, enough time, and about 15 seconds later this guy flew past me. Again, I was going fast. I just said WOW.
BTW, that car, was, I think, a BMW family station wagon.

I drive my daughters old volvo turbo, on the tway one day doing about 70, just fer the hell of it, I nailed it... That GDM car went thru 100 so fast that I chickened out.. Anyone know that the top on that thing is?, cause I'll never know...
