I also have done business with them . Purchased a used Nikon af-s 80-200 d. They gave me a pretty long warranty. I think about 120 days. It's a great lens and now after the warranty is out it needs a motor. I knew this lens has motor failures. Now I'm working with them on getting it fixed. Been told I can't get any parts for it but Roberts Camera said they can get it fixed. If anyone know differently please let me know.

This is great to here. I've been working with them on getting a lens fixed. They have been excellent in responding to me. I've been looking for a fairly local camera shop . I'm from Peoria Illinois so they are not too far away if I really need to drive there. Ethics and honesty with sold customer service base is what I'm looking for. Thanks for the heads up. Think I found me a new place to shop.
