Anyone done bussines with Roberts out of Indy.?

Looking for a lens, have never done any on line orders with them...if ya yet a chance go to their store .....it is a candy shop.... JIM...no pressure just all information

If you try the UHH Search function at the top of this page you will find numerous references to Roberts. They have a very good business reputation.

I've done online shopping with Roberts several times and been very pleased each time. I've bought several used lenses from them.

I bought a lens years ago at a great price and great service with help from from a Roberts professional sales person. After the sale I needed proof of purchase to include in a Canon Warranty claim. I got my response and paperwork in one day.
I'd deal with them again any day.

Roberts is a local company in this area of Indiana, and they are solid well known in this area. I have bought from them by phone and in store both. They are very customer friendly.They have two stores in Indy and Carmel and just moved there downtown store to new location with more parking and easier access and parking.

I purchased an old film SLR camera from them through eBay. To my surprise, they threw in a variety of extra items for free with the order, including two additional lenses and a flash unit. Very generous of them!

I bought the Tamron 15-30 lens from them last summer. Had no problems with them. I came across them from posts on this website.

Bought my refurb. D300 from them years ago, they special shipped so I could get it quicker, also was at the store once, very good experience.

Roberts also buys used items, and seems to pay the best prices...
Indianapolis Camera Club Member told me, he is a photographer at The State House.
They do have a new nice building, so commited to doing business for a long time.
