While this might be a slight digression, sometimes the software that comes with your particular computer might be the best. I just bought a Dell 3000 to replace my dying HP. Check out this shot from Christmas Eve taken with a Nikon s9700 travel zoom P&S. Not professional but the included software made it look darn good

Now That looks like a fun Christmas!

Sounds like some of you guys are more interested in trying out your "hardware" instead of my software

Agree.

Included software is adequate if you don't do much post processing. I happen to like Win10's "Photo" for simple adjustments.

Come on man, it's not like that at all. Can't even give folks a decent compliment these days.

I meant no disrespect. They are all beautiful ladies.

I know you didn't. I deliberately picked that photo expecting said response from the guys. Nonetheless, it is a good example of judicious post processing

I like your avatar, the name of the (your?) boat is cute.
My sailboat is named "Breaking Wind"

My dinghy's name is "pull my finger"

Still can't figure out why my lovely bride hates to go sailing with me???

The gal in red has a definite future in modeling! Are you her agent?

If you are talking about the baby, absolutely not. After the Jonbenet Ramsey tradgedy, I would't touch child modeling or beauty pageants with a 20 foot pole.

kind of figured that. Want to see more of them, check out my recent post "April in December"

I did now. You have some head turners in your family. If I saw them at the mall I would no doubt get a jab in the ribs from my wife or a laugh from her when I walked into a post.

I also checked a number of your old posts. I like how people get so stirred up at what you say sometimes.

If you ever switch to a powerboat, particularly a "Muscle Boat" like those on Miami Vice, I would suggest naming it Breaking Bad

 I thought the names for my sailboats were creative, and at least better than "who farted?" (one of the choices I came up with originally)

Did I mention, that I'm basically 6 years old at heart? (in a much older body.....unfortunately)
