I have NIK, Prefectly Clear,Topaz and On1 Photo.

They all do somethings better than the other one.
But I looking for a Plug-In that will do all or most
all without having to use two or more software.

I can do all I want in LR & PS but it takes a lot of
time.

I must be looking for something to do my job for me.

Thanks to all that replyed

Many of their videos show how you can do a great job with just On1 and LR - and bypass PS and it's learning curve. Fastest path to great results - no need to learn an non-intuitive masking process, luminosity masking, local color, tone and contrast enhancement, etc etc etc. You can do all of these things in PS, or you can do it in On1 and go out and take more pictures with all the extra time you'll have.

I am not saying you shouldn't learn Photoshop, but the plugins do get you there a whole lot faster.

Look for Manage Plugins in the File menu. If it is a plugin, and not a suite like On1, you can load it usign the Manage Plugins option. If it is an exe based suite, you can load it as an alternate processor. Each can be called by right clicking on the file in the Develop or Library module and selecting the Edit In option.

Thank you! That is what I was looking for. I apparently have several installed, most of which reside under Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Lightroom/... There is one, however which is under appdata/roaming/... So, there doesn't seem to be an actual plugins folder anywhere...

The original OP didn't mention what computer. I am a Mac user. Things might be very different on a Windows machine - I would not know.
