Looking for a gently used (not abused) Canon SX 50. Please state price and what accessories go with it. Photo showing condition would be a plus.

Simple - go to Canon.com (Canon Global) website, specify your region, and look for their listings for refurbished cameras. Canon seems to revolve their refurb prices between different price levels, so you may have a short wait. I got my SX50 for less than $180.

Check the canon USA site from time to time. The SX50 refurbished goes for 149.99 most of the time with free shipping. Good luck.

Pretty much the same camera from what I understand, just a newer model. You'd have to ask a user who has both and there are some on UHH. Use the "Search" link above and type in SX60 or SX 60 to see all the posts on UHH concerning it.

mffox, Go to the top of this forum to Search and type In SX50 verses SX 60. for reviews of the two cameras from UH readers. Many seem to prefer the 50 over the 60.

I read a review that someone posted on here from a professional lady photographer and she said to get the SX50 not the SX60, maybe someone remembers the post! I've got the SX50 as a backup and love it, paid $150 for it! All my recent posts have been with the SX50.

Correction: I purchased a CANON refurbed SX50 from Adorama a few months ago for $139... no problems, looks new and works perfectly. Adorama has good deals for SX50's from time-to-time. They are a great firm, fair, and easy to deal with. I apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for the heads-up. :oops: :oops:

I made a stupid mistake, and corrected it in a new post. It was refurbed by CANON, not NIKON. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for the heads-up. :oops:
