It is an L-Bracket not a L-Grip. Unless the OP misused the term. If you want to look up L-Bracket - these are the images you will get.

Here is exactly what you need for an L-bracket for a D 750 camera.

I have a Fotasy Universal L bracket for Arca-Swiss type ball heads. It is about 10 bucks from Amazon. You might also want to look at Fotga Universal also from Amazon. About 20 bucks. These brackets work with my Canon 70D and with my sister's Nikon D7100. Either allows for quick transition from landscape to portrait perspectives.

The cord opening didn't fit perfectly with my cables, but a slight modification with dermal tool took care of that. I am betting that the bracket you currently have will work with the new camera with just a possibility of a little modification for cords.

These brackets work well and are a ton cheaper than Really Right Stuff at 140.00 and when I look at my Fotasy and the RRS pic, I just can't see that much difference.

I bought a new Nikon D610 and tried to use the L bracket from my D7000. I thought it fit (had access to all outlets on camera) unfortunately the the design of the bottom plate popped off my lcd screen protector. The bottom is designed to fit ridges on camera to prevent twisting. I'm not sure how generic L brackets might work. I could have modified the D7000 bracket to work.

L brackets work with quick connects on your ballhead to change the camera from horizontal to vertical and cost generally over $100 for a name brand such as KIrk.

That's not the L-bracket that the OP describes.
I stand corrected. I pictured an L-grip bracket for hand-held photography, not an L-bracket for tripod.

Tripod L-bracket for Nikon D750: $135
Tripod L-bracket for Nikon D750: $135...

I wish L brackets were a little more universal. I'm about to order a third one from Really Right Stuff. Although they are costly, as are Kirk's, they do fit beautifully.

Before ordering, I would call the manufacturer or check their website.

I am about to order the third one for my 6D/GB13 180 USD from Kirk. I thought I could find a used one and then perhaps a no-name one work. Not out anything but time. But I should have known.
