We are a year away from the e******n. There are so many primaries serving as a hurdle for ALL of the candidates. It is a marathon, not a sprint. Lets see how well they pace themselves.
Meanwhile the reporters are digging for dirt and quoting all the "foot in mouth disease" occurrences for our amusement on the late night talk shows.

Bush 1 was stupid, Bush 2 was a moron, McCain was too old, Palin was an ignorant no nothing. Thats what the libs said. Why do you say we can't call Carson ignorant? Well, we don't have to; he does it for us each and every time he speaks out loud.
His latest (about the pyramids) is truly staggering.
I don't mind an amateur president, I suppose, but there is absolutely No Way Dr. Carson can hold that office. I guess brain surgery isn't rocket science!
This man couldn't hold a position at the National Institutes of Health, or the Center for Disease Control.
He's probably a very nice man, certainly an excellent brain surgeon. He couldn't teach science in junior high school.
A couple more comments, and he'll join Carly in the South Dakota Badlands.

The Republicans make themselves easy targets. Just watched Ben Carson on CNN interview. His past which he says shaped his life is looking more and more like it happened in his own mind.
When pressed about the lack of evidence to support his written words he says it is a media conspiracy. Add to that his continued wacko opinions he is looking less than fortright and evasive at best. We are not talking even scandal level issues just answers to what he claims happened in his childhood.
He and the Donald are the Republicans hope to regain the WH in 2017? Good luck with that...... I thought that at least a serious candidate can be honest about basic questions. What will they do when really pressed? ???? Oh then there is Rubio and his misuse of party credit cards, which is against the law, but he somehow did not get charged for that. ..

There is no doubt that some Republicans make themselves easy targets. There is also no doubt that the press protects one side while exposing the other.

Hillary is being vetted by the Republicans in front of America. So far that has proven nothing of any consequences or wrong doing. The FBI is supposed to be investigating her closely too.
Carson wrote a book and now when asked about some simple questions squeals like a little school girl that has had her pony tail pulled in class. These are not seriously difficult questions that are being asked of him.
