I wonder if Obama will make a statement for or against on this?

Take God out of the faction and we are lost.

Sarge, obama doesn't know or recognize God! Because he thinks he is the one and only God Almighty!

Now, they've decided to remove all songs from the program.

This is one of the problems with public education. We leave it up to surrogate's to decide what is the best way to teach our kids. Parenting needs to be renewed. Take an interest in your kids' education and have a say at the Board of Ed meetings, unless they have made it a private session only.

A lot of schools have their PTA meetings during the day. Working parents cannot attend.
School Board meetings is a waste of time. They have learned to dodge the bullet and to talk around situations.
I have not had kids in school for 20 years or more, I still go to the School Board meeting we still pay school taxes and I want to know what they are screwing with. Our school a couple of years ago was 4 million in the whole and no one on the board would give straight answers.

When will we, the majority, stop allowing the minority to rule? When will we, the majority, stop the minority from trashing our Consititution through self-interpretation?

Two ladies, yesterday in the grocery store, were having a short conversation about God and Mr. Obama. I couldn't resist and broke into their chat and pointed out to them that they were being politically incorrect by standing in a public place discussing their beliefs. I also told them that this was the part of political correctness that makes me mad. Are we not all fingers pointing at the same moon? Your God, my God, their God...the interpretations are different but then so is each and every one of us.

The necessity for freedom of religion is one of the reasons people started coming here in the first place. You worship God in a church.....that's okay by me. I worship on the side of a creek bank. You wanna sing about God, go right ahead. Somebody else doesn't wanna listen, go away and sing your own song.

Political correctness can only go so far.

Amen to that. Those who wish to remove GOD from everything always say "freedom FROM religion". But our Constitution guarantees us "freedom OF religion".

This may interest many of you. The Wisconsin based Freedom FROM Religion Foundation has asked the Lenoir City, TN police department to remove the word "Religion" from their arm patch. They say it violates the "law". I am not sure what law they are speaking of, but the mayor and the city council just flatly said "NO". It is time to start saying "NO" to outrageous demands from these progressive agitators who have no idea what the Constitition guarantees. Look at the group's name as an example.

Here is a link to the local TV station for anyone that would like to see this.

I might get slandered, but I have to say the following.

America was born on certain religious beliefs. We (Americans)have had those beliefs for a couple hundred years. We enjoy those beliefs and I can't for the life of me figure out why we as a nation should change it. Holland and Australia have stood up and told their citizens and immigrants, that if they don't like the way the country is, then they are more than welcome to leave. I firmly believe we should do the same. I am ex military that happened to be posted in Angola and Mozambique. I took part in some very horrible things, and if it wasn't for my beliefs, I might not have been able to get through it. GOD bless us all and this GREAT nation we live in.

Class - nothing but absolute class! You're going to hear a lot from this little girl. We have adults who can't vocalize their feelings; but, this girl is going places! Thanks MW - and if the 500,000+ people who already saw this are as moved to love God more, then there is definitely hope for our country. "Let the children come unto me...." And they are not ashamed.

Did this actually happen ? Fox News is a totally untrustworthy source of news. It's "Fair & Balanced" Motto makes these words empty !

I don't think Fox is anymore untrustworthy than CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, NPR and anyone else you'd care to mention. You look through a liberal mindset so naturally you'll gravitate toward a broadcast that is more in line with your own belief system. As far as the "Fair & Balanced" slogan, it's a marketing ploy just like "News you can trust" or "The worlds leader in news" and so on. You have the bulk of media outlets slanted toward the liberal point of view but that's just not enough for you?

You are making a political argument out of a simple question that I posted.

Can you post a link to another news source that reported this 'song tampering' to remove GOD ? I need to see a second source's coverage in order to verify that an event actually happened. It's not a political thing. I know that all news sources screw up on a regular basis.
