i had used picasa for years and all of a sudden My color was way off.
I use to download my images into picasa and save in my picture folder now I go to bridge.
I have uninstalled picasa and don't miss it a all.

My happiest day was when I ditched Picasa and started using Photoshop Elements 9. I hated the way Picasa "took charge" of my photos; it was a good editing program, but it had a mind of its own. I download my photos using Nikon Transfer, I set up my own file system and only use PSE9 for editing (not organizing my photos). I started my system before migrating to PSE9, and it didn't balk at the way I did things.
