it is a hoppie if you are a rabit! Mine are collecting police patches and all things police fire and ems related. would love to get into badge collection but its too expensive. " badges, I don't have to show you any stinkin badges..." My other hobby is hanging out at my favorite cigar store smoking great cigars watching sports and making new friends. Opus X rules!!!

Very interesting wood joinery. I like the way you joined the legs to the table top. And the bottom stretchers on each end. That took some time. Nice work.

I used to be a shop teacher, so I appreciate good craftsmanship.

That is a beautiful piece of furniture. I do love the scent of fresh cut wood.
I have quite a few 'hoppie's' myself, since you asked. The first was collecting postcards (since age 6) that has morphed into it's own three drawer storage cabinet with an additional large box. The latest is using reclaimed/discarded jewelry and odd objects to create something new on found floor tiles.

2nd is model trains (O scale); 3rd is firearms for the shooting sports; & 4th is old jukeboxes w/78 rpm records. My problem is not enough time for all that stuff. And I'm retired

O Scale and / or O gauge ? I model both.
Use Atlas scale 2 rail track and a lot of Atlas rolling stock for my scale layout and 027 Lionel for the kids and the kid in me, great hobby !

My second hoppie is woodworking and furniture design.

Cars, cameras, and computers. I also like woodworking, but I'm not near your level of expertise.

My other "hopppie" is reading all this stuff every morning. Then I ... well, don't do very much. Wish I lived in the west so I could go to Utah, Calif, Az, and just take pictures all day. Ahhhh....
