As I have mentioned before, I have not been able to get many good shots of the Eagles because of distance and foliage, but did do somewhat better Thursday and Friday. Image number one was taken on Thursday from the end of our pier to across the creek which I would guess to be about 900 to 1000 feet. Images number two and three were taken from our deck on Friday at a distance of approximately one hundred and fifty feet into a tall cypress tree and were cropped. Hope you enjoy.

Very nice shots. I especially like number two. Cheers.

Nice set, such majestic birds but hard to capture because they keep their distance from humans.

Thank you so much for looking and the kind words, James, and not only do they keep their distance, but the few occasions when they do come over to our side of the creek, they always seem to land in the cypress trees, which makes a decent shot difficult all year, because just enough dried foliage and seed pods stay on even in winter which tends to obstructs the view.
