Light Room 2015 Printing Issue

This is not a post processing question per se, but a Lightroom specific issue, so this seemed to be the best section to get the most experienced feedback.
Before I waste anymore ink on my Canon Pixma Pro-100, Does anyone have any idea what may be going wrong here?
I've attached a screenshot of my print module as well as a picture of the resulting print.
I've confirmed that I have my paper size setup correctly, and installed the latest drivers for the printer.
Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance!

Go to Page Set up, Printer properties and set the paper size.

Thanks. As I mentioned, this is happening with the correct paper size selected. I've been using light room since version 1, this is a new issue with the CC 2015 update.

Press "i" on the keyboard. The screen should display the paper size that LR is programmed to print on.
In the Show guides panel, check the dimensions box. This will show the cell size.
