I am telling the truth but the truth hurts. just saying mind rour own business, im pretty sure you get your way. Just saying . Police shoot more dogs daily, than you have a clue , unborn babies are murdered daily. I have always owned and loved my dogs. my point is would you do the same with a k 9 unit doing same thing. One day we will all die If we stand before God and we all will and we have only had more compassion for animals tham humans we are in trouble. I don't care what you think everyone will be judged. just hoping your heart is in the right place.

I agree Duggy. Humans come before animals. This does not mean that the responsibility of treating an animal in our custody in a humane way is removed from us. I just wanted to prevent this because I truly believe that the owner would be heartbroken if it happened. Some people do not realize how quickly it can happen ... an ounce of prevention ... that's all I'm saying.

they left the keys in the car too,,, i would have been tempted to start it up, and turn on the air conditioner.

It's 85 degrees fahrenheit here today. When I parked to go into Walmart I noticed the car beside me had left a dog in the car. Yes, the windows were open, but he was hot. When I came back out he was still there, but now he was under the steering wheel. I called the police and reported it. I took photos and sent them to the police station. Even though the windows were open it was too hot for a dog to be left in a car. If the police can't do anything this time, maybe they will at least talk to the owners and they will realize that it's better to leave the dog at home in this kind of heat.

Good on ya Nightski. I'd've left an unmistakeable note under his windscreen wiper as well. And everyone else in the car would've known what it was about too.

leave that car sitting with the air on? That could be a disaster ... if the air even works. LOL ... but I was tempted to take the dog.
What I thought you would be the one arrested.

That's why I didn't do it. I don't do everything that I have the urge to do.
