Pretty good try, I'd say. The exposure looks good, it's in focus, the background is fine. I might be tempted to crop a little off the left (behind the horse), but it's probably OK. You did cut off a couple feet, though.

I think you've got a good capture here. I like the sense of motion that I feel when I look at the photo.
It looks like you almost cut his hooves off. It might look better with a little more room underfoot.

One thing that judges tend to mention ( as demerit points ) is when some non-related object in the background becomes obtrusive. In this case, the fence or whatever it is that seems to add 3 ears to the horse.
That part should be deleted or blurred.
Also, the back feet are cut off which makes the viewer wonder.
