Night photography for me is anything photographed once the sun is below the horizon and prior to its peaking over the horizon the next morning. It will be fun to see the various ways you interpret the title and apply it to your images. Try to include some tip that will help others in their night photography in your comments, if possible. I would appreciate your help with comments. You see so much that I might miss and I do have a full week so may not get to everyone's great images.

Do not let night photography frighten you. Sometimes, I just try a setting and see how it works and then adjust. It really isn't difficult. HAVE FUN!

For references I selected the following videos:

Snap Pat re non participation - it is a pain how much time seems to pass these days without my being able to pop onto the site and play - but tonight went out with the camera club for the weekly stroll and supper. This is the light on the water en route home. Not quite music or night - but almost getting dark as the sun was going down slowly. It was the backlit dog that caught my eye.

The shots may not always prevent the flu, but they can lessen the severity. I had one, Jim didn't. Both of us got it and mine wasn't as severe or lengthy. And sometimes, the vaccine (which has to be predicted months in advance for manufacture) doesn't cover all strains. Just the nurse in me offering possible explanation. Glad you are better, Teri.

Thanks for the info Pat O... I'm ..... well, old.... but have never, I repeat never, had the flu until this week... my husband has always gotten his flu shots, as did most every one I knew... and until this past week he never had the flu either, it got both of us.... him first then me...so I can understand.... but I'm done with this... I AM NOT a good sickee..... Sooooo glad to be walking and talking and catching up with all the stuff that did not get done while I was down. Thanks for the thoughts...

Sounds good! Here are some "Free" photos from our club Sunday morning shoot.

I love the third one Pat.. the juxtaposition of the tire and the rust and the flowers and green is perfect.
