"Police Action" is a code word for "war". It is used to ease the minds of folks that cannot recognize that war is sometimes necessary to protect the masses. Let's face it: k*****g others for an ideal or doctrine (or for any other reason) is pretty stupid. But, there comes a point when the best course of action to protect as many humans as possible one must be willing to stand up and fight. The will to fight must be prevalent and demonstrated from time to time to ensure those that desire to do harm to others understand the risk they take.
