1) it wasn't really a smear... saying something seems the ultimate in hypocrisy... and it really wasn't anything about the GOP...but rather the NRA.

2) The left press is obviously trying to paint Rand Paul as a loose cannon, see the other articles on his "meltdown" and his "women" problems... but it is nothing that the right isn't doing with Hillary... also nothing really smearing the GOP... unless Paul wins the nomination, then criticizing their candidate..

3) Obvious h**x... does not smear the GOP. I guess it would be a little embarrassing to have believed it in the first place... I'm looking at you , Bloomberg.:lol:

When 'Open Carry Texas' members were carrying rifles openly in restaurants and department stores and people disliked it, the NRA released a statement saying it was "weird." OCT tore up their membership cards and the NRA quickly released another statement to say it was the opinion of an employee of the NRA. HA! They only reacted when they were going to lose members/money.
