It is likely that this law will be challenged. It along with others have caused severe outrage in our state.

It already passed.

Ok, no street photography, meanwhile there's a surveillance camera pointed at you on every corner and nook everywhere you go... Bob

Common sense?? Sounds like a saying I recently read.

What do common sense and deodorant have in common? Those who need it most, never use it.

Wow this is awful. The way I read street shooting it is legal
but if you think it will annoy people back off.
Henri Cartier Bresson would have be squashed in Arkansas.
It see the bible belt is going back to the 1800's with photographers rights. Women's rights. Voting rights.
They have the worst record of all the states for healthcare
education and taking care of their people.
We all have to keep our freedoms and work at this.
Freedom is a job to pass on to the future of our children.

Snapshot: It is the 60's and I have my first camera Pentax and a 5omm lens in Central Park on a Sunday spring day. I shoot and people laugh, a beautiful child who is a wild one and his parents smile. The fountain has hundreds of interesting people one girl with a monkey and I grab shoot. Great fun.

Snapshot: It's today and I am trying to shoot pix of my 2 grandchildren 7 and 9 running around in an elaborate contrived
safety first playground. Backoff at times because their are other kids in the background very aware of my situation. This uptight scenario is sad. We are not a community but are people terrorized by cable TV and crime reporting.

Well, we can discuss how the world should be for 95 more pages or we can learn to live in the world we have. It's not going to ever be the way it was again.
