You guys are nutz. I purchased nikon TC-20e III for a lot less than I would have paid from the two leading camera stores. Why? Cause the price is the same everywhere unless the price is negotiated behind the scene. The seller is a reputable camera store whose name is between me and them.

Greentoe is a joke. They claim they can sell items way below normal cost. I tried a couple of times with a camera body and a lens, both times there was no savings. They said there was just no margin for it, yet they advertise it.

Well, after reading the entire thread, and commenting as well, it certainly looks like you are in the minority. Do you actually know how Greentoe works?

I bought a Canon mPE 65 from them. The going rate from everyone was $1049. I paid $940 plus I am due a 5% rebate from Greentoe. I also got the $100 Canon rebate. I got the lens in 2 days. I registered the warranty with Canon. A perfect transaction and saved over $150. I love Adorama, but that's a lot of money.
