With all their faults (noisy, bullish, gluttons), I just can't resist these birds! Their coloration is highly conducive to auto-focusing and they are large enough to allow the camera to do it's job. These are all shot through the glass window of my kitchen and with various equipment. All are shot using Canon 400mm f/5.6L lens.

These are so very nice Bob! I too love this little rogue. He has such a regal look and devil may care cavalier attitude.

Bluejays are fast becoming some of my favorite feeder birds, faults and all. These are just beautiful, Bob. The color and feather detail are excellent as always.
