I've dealt with them for years now, will answer my email inquiry in record time and only had to send back an item once--they have a great return policy. I won't deal with any other place

Only one problem. I tend to spend about twice what I intended to because there is so much good stuff. Day early on my last delivery got my project (conversion of chrome to digital) back on track.

Make that four cheers! I placed an order for a camera for my brother-in-law on 12.20.14, also free expedited shipping, and had part of the order on the 22nd and the rest the next day. My first experience with B&H...not my last. :thumbup:

Before doing a Niagara photoshoot summer before last...I ordered a 3rd battery for my SX50 from them. Two days before leaving it was in Atlanta, GA instead of here just outside of Portland, Maine. I called them and told them what happened...next morning it was on my front porch...overnighted from NYC. I called them to thank them and tell them of their extrodinary customer service.
EVERYONE should take a page from them. My local folks are good too...with very good C/S.
