But just the fact that you have these government policy wonks talking about the budgetary relief associated with k*****g the unborn babies of economically depressed segments of our society should alert people to question what exactly are they saying, then when you couple that with the aid and support that the federal government has given clinics located in predominately black and Latino inner city communities along with the demographics of a******n.... well Larry, you can choose to see no smoke there if you want to... but for many people it has long been a concern.....

Since population explosion is in danger of destroying life on earth, I am in favor of a******n. Even if that weren't true, I would be in favor of a woman's right to choose.

Well Larry, in my opinion your saying that you are not a democrat is much like me saying that I am not a republican. I find much to dislike about the republican party but I do seem to v**e for them consistently because they best represent my value system... I would say that you are as much a democrat as I am a republican.

But I don't v**e for Democrats any more.

I'll bet you v**e the entire Republican ticket.

Spot on Blurry! After reading the entire link I'm in total agreement with your position!

I am in agreement with you that population growth is completely out of control, but is a******n the only solution? I don't think so. The two fastest growing populations on earth are muslims and Indian's, and they have no desire to limit their growth simply, in the muslims case they want to rule the world.

I don't know about Blurry, but I did v**e the Republican ticket simply because the democrats here in Colorado ran obama sycophants that were touting the status quo of the war on women and unfettered a******n.

Many women here were completely turned off by Udall's campaign lying attack ad's that they crossed over and v**ed for Gardner.

Blurry, everything you post is based on your political agenda.

You're so consumed with hatred of Democrats it blinds you to what is really going on in U.S. politics.

It's a waste of time discussing anything with you.

I assume that by "political agenda" you mean the practical and/or potential application of one's worldview to life in this world. I would submit that the great majority of posts in the Attic, including yours, are based on the poster's political agenda. And accusing someone else of hatred is an integral part of putting forth that agenda. It doesn't improve the odds of convincing the other of the validity of your argument.

This is an interesting thread because of the reasoned responses, no name calling....yet.

Blurry, this may be a off topic but I have a question for you which was prompted by what you said above. On an earlier thread you had a good explaination of where you thought this country is headed, and I agree with what you said. You were talking about this country heading toward corporate f*****m.

With that in mind, you say here that you are a republican because that party best represents your values. It has always seemed to me that the republican party was the party of big business and it is big business that is heading us toward corporate f*****m. (Of course the dems are also complicit but to a lesser degree, since they all take donations from these corporations and are therefore beholding to them.) It seems that being a republican is contrary to your values unless your are for corporate f*****m, which I doubt? Could you explain?

Back on topic. I didn't read Gruger's paper but I am sure this doesn't represent what what democrats think, nor does he determine policy. As for the location of a******n clinics, I would guess they are located in areas where the people that use them rely on social services more so than in areas where the people can afford health insurance. This is the result of "the market" determining their location rather than some sort of conspiracy against poorer people.

I would disagree that republicans are f*****ts, when you look at f*****m in a purely economic sense it is the public control of private assets for the greater good of society...

I support the republicans pledge to support free enterprise that is less encumbered by bureaucratic regulation and as we have seen under the Obama administration regulatory pressures to effect social goals, the DOJ stealing from the share holders of the banks to fund community organizations is one example of what I am talking about, the correct move would have been to throw the bastards into jail, but that thought never crossed Holder's mind, because he and the banks behind the curtain are connected.

At any rate, as you look at and listen to both of the political parties, which of the two in your opinion seeks to effect political control over private corporations for the greater public good, which is the true economic essence of f*****m? In my opinion it is clearly the democrats.

Do I support the influence and control that corporations exercise over our government, no not at all, but that is something that republican v**ers can work on changing about the party, but I am of the opinion democrats are control freaks, and in their need to control and legislate every aspect of our lives and our commercial interactions that they will eventually destroy free markets and because of the regulatory costs of doing business we will be left with only very small garage type businesses and the huge mega corporations who can afford to absorb and influence the regulatory environment. Let's not forget that dems love crony capitalism also, in many of your biggest democrat cities it is impossible to get particular business licenses because the politicians are protecting one or a few individual businesses from competition... Try to get a Taxi Medallion in NYC... not going to happen.

A******n is not genocide in my opinion.

I have yet to hear of any black woman who has been forced by Democrats to have an a******n.

You have examples you can cite to back up your claims, don't you?

A******n is the tool that democrats have chosen to commit genocide.
They force it threw economic means. Never a gun to the head.

I am not at this time arguing in favor any political agenda.

I am arguing that both major parties are corrupt.

Is my contempt for the lies of both parties a "political agenda" in your view?

I went through the 3 links you posted and did not see any evidence that black women are being forced to have a******ns against their will.

Could it be they are simply exercising their legal right to have an a******n?

Yes, Larry that would be one way to look at it.
