Now before anyone tries to deny the genocidal aspects of what Gruber and friends are talking about here consider the demographics of poverty and further consider that the black population in this country is about 12% yet they have about 40% of the a******ns performed in our country... A woman's right to choose? Or is it more like the government controlling its expenses and the outcomes of a demographic in our country that the dems continue to exploit and control for political gain.

I started reading it and realized it was written in such esoteric language that it would take days, if not weeks, to decipher what they were communicating.

It would make sense that if the Democrats were controlling the black birth rate, they would go all out to see that there were as few black a******ns as possible since b****s v**e overwhelmingly Democratic.

The democrats have long made certain that Planned Parenthood and other abortive services are readily accessible to in low income urban areas, the first High Schools to link to such services were in urban minority areas. It is what it is Larry, have you ever looked at the demographics of population growth in this country? Why is it that the black population is not growing while other minorities are? We know that white folk have much smaller families or often no children at all but that will not explain what is happening to the b****s in this country.

Gruber and friends will not come out and directly speak to genocide, but their economy rational and celebration of the federal cost savings which they attribute to abortive services of economically dependent citizens speaks for itself.

Gruber is a hyper progressive liberal, if you have not seen the videos that have surfaced this week of him you should so you can understand just what type of i***t he is.... What is worse is that he and his friends have never pulled the wool over the eyes of conservatives, it is the democratic v**er he is talking about, it is also their constituents that he seems to think aborting their children is such a good idea.

I understand the economics and causes of a******n, I understand the decisions that a person has to make and that in some cases it is better to not bring a child into the world rather than bring a child into the world that will be uncared for and unloved....

Having said that one has to look at the end results of democratic policies and also the fact that folks like this can equate human lives to a numbers game and use financial gain to justify a******n.... because they just don't want to be responsible for supporting the less fortunate.

Remember Larry, the dems are and always will be the party of the KKK. Not much has really changed, other than the way that the dems exploit the minorities.

Blurry, you are promoting a paper written 17 years ago which was written in policy wonk language which I defy anyone here to decipher accurately.

Population control is desperately needed in the world but it should be applied evenly to all races.

There is no evidence that wh**ever this paper advocates has been put into effect.

Democrats would be reducing their v**er base if they reduced the black population.

They could reduce the Republican v**er base by putting their plan into effect in poor white neighborhoods.

I have v**ed in every e******n since I have been eligible to v**e.

Most of my life I v**ed Democratic because their platform supports the working class. But once in office Democrats now abandon the policies of their platform.

Obama was the last Democrat I have v**ed for in a p**********l e******n.
Yes, I was taken in by his lies. He is responsible for my leaving the Democratic Party.

Both parties are now run by the same Banking/Wall Street/Military oligarchy which has been in power for decades.

This oligarchy selects the candidates who will run and finances them to victory. They don't care if a Democrat or a Republican is in the presidency because they control all of Capitol Hill.

Larry the paper is not so hard to understand, the authors are talking about the economic benefit derived by the government by the legalization of a******n, they specifically address the benefits of low income citizens taking advantage of a******n. They go on to sprinkle their report with benefits to the parents and siblings in these families.

But just the fact that you have these government policy wonks talking about the budgetary relief associated with k*****g the unborn babies of economically depressed segments of our society should alert people to question what exactly are they saying, then when you couple that with the aid and support that the federal government has given clinics located in predominately black and Latino inner city communities along with the demographics of a******n.... well Larry, you can choose to see no smoke there if you want to... but for many people it has long been a concern.....

I find much to dislike about the republican party but I do seem to v**e for them consistently because they best represent my value system...
