Very Nice Shot's I have a great interest in hot air balloons as well, Have taken some pictures but not as good as yours,

Very nice. Balloons are a fav of mine. I put some on here a little earlier. Have a visit to my list of submissions and hopefully you'll enjoy mine as much as I did yours. On #2, when you have limited space it's hard to want to crop off either end in a reflection, isn't it. I've got some that are centered too but I like 'em anyway.

You can get up at 4:30 and make it there by the launch at 5:30? Lucky you! I got up at 3:30 and was still BARELY there (in the parking field) by launch at like 5:45 for the dawn patrol. Traffic was horrendous.

This was as the mass ascension was taking place. (There was supposedly 100 balloons that day, but it didn't seem like it.) So they were able to stay together for a few minutes. It was quite amusing because you'd see them going up, going down, going back up, trying to avoid the freeway. It almost made you feel bad for them...
