These were taken just after sunrise. Found out later if the wind is blowing right; the balloonist try to set down on the river. I didn't know this and as luck would have it the wind was blowing right towards the river and me.

Spectacular shots and a unique landing. That's good fortune to get an opportunity for water reflections. I shoot balloon festival here in the Oregon area ever year. Great fun, great weather and great morning light, Well done.

The second photo of the single balloon is my favorite .. I love the mirrored reflection in the river. Well Done !!!!

DB, we seem to have very similar taste!
I like the second one best and for the very same reason.

In Fact: - Tomorrow the 23rd Friday and also Sat. and Sun. the Prosser Balloon Fest is starting. Balloons go up starting about 5:30am.
So sat morning I'll get up at 4:30 am and drive down there Hope it is a clear day and no wind or they will cancel
