I think you are forgetting the part about Michael Brown attacking the officer as he was getting out of his vehicle. Your version sounds a little like outright murder which it certainly isn't.

One of the witnesses to the incident seems to be the same man who was with Michael Brown in the store. I am not saying he was lying but to offer a different version of the incident seems has the likelihood of helping HIM in the end.

I don't know the size of the officer but I am about 5-7. When I was a street cop if someone the size of Michael Brown was to rush me after already having punched me as I got out of my vehicle I guarantee I would do exactly as the officer did. I would have shot to stop his attack. Try to remember police officers are not paid enough to get beaten up by anybody, criminal or not. Officers have as much right to go home to their family without gunshot/stab wounds, bumps and bruises as the rest of the population. People sometimes tend to think police are supposed to just accept abuse. Not so.

We already know from forensic evidence and the autopsy that Brown was facing the officer and almost certainly advancing on the officer. (What would you do if a 6'4" 300 lb thug was in the process of attacking you?)

As to the dashcom, the financially strapped Ferguson PD had acquired dashcams but sadly, had not yet installed them. The statement above about "deliberate choice" is simply a defamatory falsehood.

Your speculation that the boy was advancing toward the officer is speculation.

As Michael Brown's buddy Mr. Johnson said; The cop told them to get the "f**k" on the sidewalk. Then Michael Brown said; I'm sorry officer, I apologize, and turned his back to the officer and started to walk to the sidewalk. At this time the officer drew his weapon and shot Michael Brown in the back from the driver's seat of his police cruiser. The first shot, in the arm, spun Michael around and the officer emptied his weapon into Michael, hitting Michael in the top when he fell to his knees bowed his head and was hit in the top of the head. All this time he kept repeating "I'm sorry officer".

For some reason your story does not include the beating that the officer took on the head from the perp.? Both you and your butt buddy, letmedance, must be a special kind of stupid?

According to his report, the cop told the victim to get the f**k on the sidewalk. Since the victim didn't comply with this order the cop drew his gun and shot him. Is this a legitimate use of deadly force? Was the "get the f**k on the sidewalk a reasonable police "request"? The cigar robbery did not figure in this incident untill the Chief of Police produced several days after the shooting.

Since you haven't any idea what went on I would have suggested that the cop should have shot him in the middle the street and left that ugly, fat POS there to be used as a speed bump.

To the many of us who are waiting for the truth to unfold it is comforting to find out our chosen leader, BHO (POTUS) is sending his representative, Eric Holder, to Ferguson, MO to lend support to Officer Darren Wilson. Let us all thank Mr. Obama. We are indeed blessed to have such a show of compassion.

The first part of your Venom states simply that the cop drew his gun and shot him...because he didn't comply with a lawful order to get on the sidewalk? That is not what happened...what happened is Michael Brown body slammed the cop as he was trying to exit the car and then tried to get his gun in a struggle. That alone justifies Lethal Force...by law. As for the Cigar Robbery not factoring into the incident that is simply put, BS. Even if the cop did not know that Michael Brown was involved, Michael Brown knew, and his mindset would dictate his actions..like not wanting to get arrested, and go to jail. Recent video has people on the scene saying Michael Brown was charging the officer when he was shot.....Sad, but Michael Brown got himself shot by trying to do harm to the police officer and possibly kill the officer.

EXACTLY- There is a lawyer term, like Modus operandi ( which recognizes a pattern of method" )- it may be "mens rea", that has to do with the thought process of the perpetrator. He was guilty of a robbery about 10 minutes prior to his altercation with the cop, HE KNEW IT, in the few seconds he had to process everything, would have jumped to the conclusion that the cop knew it- he would have no way of knowing that the cop didn't. This is why he acted as he did... He would have certainly figured he was going to jail.

This "mental state" certainly will figure into the trial against him, as it will be considered evidence into his state-of-mind (mens rea) and explains why he reacted as he did.

This being said, if the cop turns out to be trigger happy, and or if he indeed executed him, I sincerely hope he rots.

In any case, the riots are their own animal and have taken on a life of their own. This is lawlessness in the guise of civil disobedience in retaliation to a crime. But many are fellow black business... this is pure malevolent, malicious mob mentality. The businesses that have been looted are, by-and-large, uninsured for civil unrest or riot, they self-insure and cover normal losses on the chin.... it is way too expensive for small businesses to have insurance for "looting" if it is even available.

The real lesson is how the police are overwhelmed almost immediately. We live constantly on the edge of a knife in the illusion of the government and or police able to protect us 24/7. Can you imagine if it spread? Why the 2nd is so important to this day and in fact more-so. Not necessarily a week or a month or so after, but in the few days, or hours whole populations are left on their own- it is all important. Doesn't take long for you or your family to die or loose everything you have.

Bulls**t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Autopsy's reports show that he was shot from the front. From your statements it obvious that you are an anti-cop black trash, therefore never to believed again, otherwise you wouldn't have been speculating.

To be fair, the fact that he was shot from his front does not mean Brown was advancing; he could have been standing still, or retreating.
Ad hominem attacks do no one any good here.

According to whose report? Yours? I am sure that you will not find that in officer Wilson's report..... I guess that maybe you are talking about Dorian Johnson's recounting of the event.... Right, his story is so convoluted and contrived it will never hold up. It is pure fantasy and ridiculous on its face.

You should have read a little more before making that statement. You are very wrong , yes the officer is reported to have said Get the F**K off the street, by Browns accomplice. This accomplice has already been shown to be Lying. The drawing down and shooting is a total misquote of any thing I have read. Study more before making broad and dangerous assumptions.

9mm and even 40's are not great man stoppers, to bad he didn't have a larger caliber weapon. If he had a 44 mag he could have center punched him with one shot and that would be that. Bigger is better, thats why the military adopted the 1911 45 ACP way back then to stop this same type of thing. If you don't believe it go look it up.
