I have just received a copy of Lightroom to replace Aparture eventually. I am
Having a bit of trouble getting started. Any leads on an "easy way" to get into it???

Check for free seminars on creativelive.com. Today, for example, is day 3 of a three-day seminar on post processing with loads on editing/organizing in LR. After the live broadcast, usually starting at 9am PT, the video of the day's class is repeated over and over until 9am PT the following morning for those in different time zones.

Scott Kelby's book on Lightroom is good

Scott Kelby has a good book on Lightroom. I believe you can get it at B&H photo.

I am in the same boat. I have not found Lightroom to be very user-friendly.

Originally I had the same problem. Then took a Kelby class on Lightroom and bought a Nat Coalson book on LR and have not looked back Do not try to learn everything at one start with the Library Module the go to the Develop module etc
