Level or not, I still like them both! Maybe level them in Photoshop? I'm continually amazed by what that lens is capable of. I like the composition of the first picture. To me, the lady (you?) adds interest and action.

Real happy with the lens. Will post more soon, raining today. The lady is my wonderful wife ,she is the horse person and I am the stable boy.

Ditto, I have this lens on a D800E, and have yet to experience the sharpness you have displayed. Still getting used to this ("Rocket launcher"), but feel there is still a future in it for me. Thanks for posting. :)

I was really surprised how low the learning curve was . Just took it out of the and started shooting. This one was about my 10 the shot. Thanks for looking and comment.

Nice shots...I like mine too...shooting in hand takes some practice. I have been working on birds in flight. Thanks goodness for digital. I shoot fifty shots and may get two or three really good ones. Keep it up.

Thanks for looking Chris. I shot those on a tripod that was on my deck with the sun behind me about 5;00pm. So far very happy.

Lol! I know exactly how you feel! I have a friend who has taught me about mucking out sables, repairing electric fences, and a number of other horse related work! But a wonderful person anyway!
