Your great photos have just about made me decide to get this lens. Thanks for posting. Now can you help me with funding this lens? :-)

The images are nicely sharp, but the camera was way off level, that detracts from the images somewhat.

Nice sharp images, good detail, But it's true they would have been better if the image were leveled.

Yea ,I was so excited about the sharpness and all around quality that I forgot to level. Thanks for taking the time to look.

That's easy to do and even easier when your taking the shot. We get excited at what we see and the quality of the image we forget to make it even better. Sometimes we just don't have time when taking the shot or the moment is gone.

Level or not, I still like them both! Maybe level them in Photoshop? I'm continually amazed by what that lens is capable of. I like the composition of the first picture. To me, the lady (you?) adds interest and action.

Ditto, I have this lens on a D800E, and have yet to experience the sharpness you have displayed. Still getting used to this ("Rocket launcher"), but feel there is still a future in it for me. Thanks for posting. :)
