I am hard on you Silver because you generally try and dismiss people with flippant remarks that are vacuous and you do this all the time. It is good that you can recognize how you were brought up and have learned from it. I think that anyone who was around in the sixties or earlier saw a type of discrimination that we do not see in the country today, most of us have learned from it. But racism is not the reason that people criticize president Obama. The country contrary to your belief is not in good shape, in fact you should be very concerned about our budgets, for the last three years the CBO has been all but screaming that if the congress and the president do not address the long term drivers of our deficits that significant cuts will be have to be made to the safety nets. True unemployment continues at close to 12% when you look at the U6 reporting from the labor department, our foreign policy is falling apart and our president has decided that he does not need congress to effect law in this country that he can use his pen and phone to advance his progressive agenda. On top of all that he lies to us constantly... So how do you figure that he is doing a good job?

Yes, Silver I am angry at the president, Harry Reid and others including John Boehner but it has nothing to do with race... I never say that there is no such thing as racism in this country, but that is not a significant factor in the criticism aimed at this president and it is really irritating that you continue to make that claim... And yes, if you keep saying stuff like that you will continue to get rude replies, but when you talk like an adult, you will be given the same courtesy in return.

I will add one other thing Silver, my grandfather used the N word freely but my father did not. In response to your comment about "talking like an adult". I really think that what you truly mean is that when I agree with you you will give the same courtesy.
